Standard Package

The Oak Record Standard Call Recording solution is suitable for small businesses. Depending on the model you purchase it can support ISDN30e, ISDN2e and SIP (VoIP) telephone lines. The Record Standard Edition can store up to 1,000,000 phone calls located on a single site and is compatible with ISDN30e, ISDN2e and Analogue phone systems.

Premium Package

The Oak Record Premium is the mid range Call Recording package from Oak that has extra security and features. As far as recording extensions are concerned it is parallel with the Standard Call Recorder and can handle uo to 30 extensions on a SIP (ISDN30e) line, but the Premium has selective recording and deletion features which will helps businesses to monitor various members of staff. The Record Premium has the added bonus of recording individual extensions that are on digital, analogue or VoIP phone systems. As well as being able to search through all recording conversations you are able to add & search flags for particular conversations.

Enterprise Package

The Oak Record Enterprise is the top of the range Call Recorder for large businesses that can be used on multiple sites and record an unlimited number of phone calls. The Record Enterprise can handle up to 480 extensions on a ISDN30e (SIP) and record each exstentionon a VoIP/IP line and has selective recording and deletion features. The Record Enterprise has the same featues as the Premium Record but you can search for recorded calls by department (when used in conjunction with report) and CRM & custom fields.
